Kelab Kebudayaan Tiong Hua Kolej Pendeta Za'ba - Charity Night

We were invited by the same group of students who came for gotong royong at our Home. This is their first Charity Event and it was well organised. The event was well planned and filled with interesting programs like singing, drama and performances to entertain the students and especially

the invited guest from 3 Homes - Caring Home, Rumah Keluarga Kami and our Home. We wish to commend the students and lecturers for putting in such loving and kind effort to bring cheer to the underprivileged.

Well done and thank you very much.

Some of our Donors

Ms. Tan of Yumeina Electrical In Kajang Prima donated a backhoe to excavate and prepare the front portion of our new premises in Jalan Bukit to be used as a parking lot.

Wanita MCA Serdang headed by YB Chew Lee Geok and Dato Lew Yuen Keong came to donate some supplies to our Home and pledge to donate RM1,000.00 to our Home. They also brought along a reporter to highlight our plight in the newspaper.

Donors from Palpung Choe Ying Dharma Center headed by Ernest Ong came to our center to donate some supplies to our Home. We presented an appreciation flag to them.

Dr Dog Visit - March 2012

Dr Dog visited our Home today, together with a volunteer, John from Australia. This time around, we are very surprised to see the reaction of our Residents towards the dogs. Normally, they are quite hesitant to touch the dogs, but this time they really seem to be enjoying themselves patting the dogs.

As a token of appreciation to the Dr Dog team who has given this therapy to our center for free, we donated 10 packets of rice to the Furry Friends Farm headed by Sabrina Yeap to help her center. We also presented an appreciation flag to her.

Well done and thank you very much to the Dr. Dog Team.

UKM - Kelab Kebudayaan Tiong Hua Kolej Pendeta Za'ba - Gotong Royong

Every year without fail, students and lecturers from UKM will come to our Home for Gotong Royong. This time around about 30 students together with 1 lecturer headed by YBHG. Prof. Madya Dr Ahmad Sunawari Bin Long from Kelab Kebudayaan Tiong Hua Kolej Pendeta Za'ba came. They clean the compound, feed our residents, play games, sing songs and interact with our Residents. Linda Wan - the Home Secretary gave a briefing to the students.

As you all can see from the pictures, everybody had a great time. We are very thankful to all of the students and also presented an appreciation flag to UKM.
