We are saddened by the news of the passing of Salehin of Dr Dog Program who has been giving dog therapy to our Residents some time back. His program has brought a lot of happiness and good memories to our Residents.

Dr Dog Program used to be one of our activities but was halted due to Covid. Salehin Ibrahim who is in charge of this program has since Covid stopped his activities but is now trying to revive the program. On the 3rd April 2023, he brought along his dog Patch with TV3 Crew to interview do a coverage at our Home.

We do not pay Dr Dog program for their services. Instead we share excess supplies for him and his dogs. We wish him and his program all the best and hope for continuation of his activities since it has benefitted our Residents.

Dr Dog Program Visit to K9 Cottage

Today 13/10 some of the residents of Persatuan Rumah Amal Murni, Kajang, came for retreat to K9 Cottage@Lui River, Hulu Langat, a dog sanctuary and house of Dr Dog Program Malaysia.
They came for animal assisted therapy, farm visit and retreat in the nature. Normally, Dr Dog will do visitation to the centre but this time, the residents visited us at our center instead for change of environment and fresh air in the wilderness 😜🙏.
This is their second visit to K9 Cottage
