Utar Sg Long

A group of female students from Utar, Sg Long, came to help us on the 23rd of June 2012 to do some shifting to the new premises. Women power..........all 8 girls helped us to carry heavy furniture and dismantle the old beds from the old premises. They then proceeded to the new premises to fix all the new/old beds.

We wish to extend our deepest appreciation for their effort and time. Thank you girls and we wish you all the best in your future undertakings.

 

 

 

 

Great Eastern Wisdom Meditation Center

On the 25th of June 2012, the first donor to visit our new premises came to donate hampers to our old/retarded folks.

Thank you very much to Mr Yong and his group for their donation.

Dr Dog June 2012 Visit

John Landon, Leena from Austria and 2 other volunteers came in with 3 dogs to visit us this time. For the first time, John brought in 2 of the dogs from the Furry Friends Farm to play with the residents.
The 2 farm dogs appears to be a bit shy and hesitant. As usual, our old/retarded residents had a great time playing with the dogs.

We officially shifted to our new premise in Jalan Bukit on the 24th of June 2012. We are very fortunate to have a large group of volunteers to help us to shift and we sincerely would like to thank all of them for their effort.
