Dr Dog Therapy - September Visit

On the 20th September 2009, Sabrina Yeap brought the Dogs for Dr Dog Therapy for our Residents. Sabrina was busy the last few months helping to save the dogs in Pulau Ketam. Now that she has more time, she will resume her Dr Dog Therapy for our Residents which was earlier scheduled for monthly visits.

Our sincere appreciation to Sabrina Yeap for the Dr Dog programme.

Residents celebrating birthday in September

For the month of September, 3 of our residents celebrated their birthday - Popeye, Anthony and Ah Weng. We bought cakes, eggs and soft drinks for all of them.

FIRST GROUP - 5th August 2009






PKIK (Pusat Kanak-Kanak Istimewa Kajang) is a school for the retarded and handicapped in Kajang. It is run by Ms. Kong Lan Lee. We have been working closely together and supporting each other in terms of advise and also in kind. We send 2 of our handicapped residents - Soma and Mimi for physiotherapy and interaction. On the 5th and 20th August, we invited PKIK to come over to interact with our Residents. Our residents had a great time singing, dancing, playing games and doing some handicraft together. We also provided lunch for our guests.

We thank PKIK for their time and contribution and we look forward to more activities together for the betterment of our Residents.

Visit from Utar, Setapak - Buddhist Society

On the 26th July 2009 Utar, Setapak Buddhist Sociey Mr & Mrs Kong Ink Kai broughtalong some students to visit our Home. They brought along with them food and donation. They also spent time singing, playing games and cleaning the home.
