BHS Book Printing Sdn Bhd conducted a charity drive during the Hungry Ghost Festival. They have been doing this drive for the past 20 years. This year, we are fortunate enough to be chosen as one of the recipients of the donation. Some of our residents were present to witness and were given lunch too.

We wish to thank Mr Ong from BHS Book Printing and all donors for their generous contribution.

Kui Tin Biow Temple - Donation

Every year Kui Tin Biow Temple will invite our Home for their celebrations and donate to our Home. This year we received a cheque from Dato' Seri Lee Beng Chuan for RM2000.00 from the temple. Dato' Seri Lee has been a regular donor to our Home and has contributed to all tiling works for our new premises.

As a token of our appreciation, we presented Dato' with a plaque. We also wish to thank Kui Tin Biow Temple for their generous donation.

We also presented an appreciation flag to Alan Phang who has brought many schools/groups to visit our Home.

Thank you very much to SRJK(C) Yak Chee students and teachers and also to Alan Phang.

CONDOLENCE TO SABRINA YEAP

It was shocking news to hear that Sabrina Yeap, founder of Furry Friends Farm has passed on suddenly due to acute Leukemia. PRAM has been working closely together with her on the Dr Dog Program whereby the volunteers bring in trained dogs to cheer our Old/retarded Residents for free. On the other hand, PRAM repays Sabrina by donating our expired rice for the stray dogs in her Farm. It is a very sad day indeed for us and we can't help but wonder what is going to happen to her Farm. We have lost a very caring and loving animal activist. Here we wish to send our Condolences and pray for her. We attended her wake and Funeral on the 20th July 2012.
