27 April 2019. School visit by SJKC Serdang Baru 1

School excursion by SJKC1, 120 students, teachers and tour operator staff. They came to interact with our Residents, sang songs and even gave our Residents a massage. In return we provided tea time for the students.

A new Prosthetic Limb for Uncle Gan

A new Prosthetic Limb for Uncle Gan
In March 2018, Uncle Gan's leg has to be amputated cos of bacterial infection. We applied to
Limbs For Life Prostheses Centre
(A Welfare Project of Bandar Utama Buddhist Society).
After filling in all the paperwork and fulfilling all the requirements with Ms Angeline Tan, the Administrator , Uncle Gan finally managed to get his prosthetic leg fixed. This new limb will help Uncle Gan a lot in his movements.

We wish to thank Limbs for Life Prostheses Center for their assistance.

Chris Tan's birthday

Today is our Exco, Chris Tan's birthday. Like me, he has chosen to celebrate with our Residents. This time I cooked their favourite Pan Mee and for dinner they will be having Oyster Sauce and ginger Chicken, vegetables abd Abc Soup.
The Residents enjoyed colouring their own birthday wishes cards. They also enjoyed his birthday cake and fruits.

It's a joy to see them enjoying this joyous occasion with my hubby. Happy birthday 🎉🎉🎉
